Product Availability
All product orders are subject to availability. In this regard, if supply difficulties arise or items are out of stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or higher quality and value, which you may choose to order. If we do not offer substitute products, or if you do not wish to place an order for such products, we will refund any amounts you may have paid within a maximum period of 30 days.
Withdrawal of Products from the Online Store
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the Online Store at any time and/or to remove or modify any material or content thereof. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for the withdrawal of any product, or for the removal or modification of any material or content on the website.
Delivery
The Seller shall dispatch the order for the product(s) listed in the Shipping Confirmation, unless extraordinary circumstances arise, before the delivery date stated in the Shipping Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within 15 days from the date of the Shipping Confirmation. Delays may occur due to, among other reasons:
– Product customization;
– Specialized items;
– Unforeseen circumstances; or
– Delivery area.
If, for any reason other than lack of product availability, we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and offer you the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid.
Impossibility of Delivery
If delivery of the product cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the buyer (e.g., absence at the delivery address, incorrect address details, etc.), we will contact you to provide the necessary information so that you may arrange collection of the order.
Transfer of Risk and Ownership
The risk in the Products shall pass to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received full payment of all amounts due in respect of them, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery if this occurs later. For the purposes of these Conditions, “delivery” shall be deemed to have occurred when receipt of the products is signed for at the agreed delivery address.
Price
The price of the products shall be the price indicated at any given time in our Online Store. Website prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs. Prices may change at any time; however, such changes will not affect orders for which a Shipping Confirmation has already been sent.
Payment Method
You may pay by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, or American Express) securely via the SSL protocol (https://).
Value Added Tax
In accordance with applicable regulations, all purchases made through the website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
Written Communications
Applicable regulations require that some of the information or communications we send to you be in writing. By using this Online Store, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically. We will contact you by email or provide information by posting notices on the Online Store. For contractual purposes, you agree that all contracts, notices, information, and other communications provided electronically comply with legal requirements equivalent to written documents. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to review and amend these conditions at any time. You will be subject to the conditions in force at the time you place each order.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of products through our website shall be governed by Spanish law.
Shipping Costs and Methods
Shipping rates are based on the delivery address and the weight of the items and are calculated automatically.
Shipping is FREE for orders over €150 (offer valid only for mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and end customers; not applicable to distributors). Orders will be shipped via a courier company (deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays).
Surcharges or special fees may apply to shipments destined for restricted-access areas, remote locations, or localities which, due to their location or characteristics, are not considered regular transit points within standard courier routes.
Such surcharges will be determined by factors including the delivery address, town, city, or destination country, and will be communicated to the customer in advance whenever possible.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Fridays after 2:00 p.m. will be processed on Monday.
